I am pretty sure this pattern was knit into my Brother's sweater back in 1955, lol. Not that it matters, for this pattern has been adopted and adapted by Native Americans and others in a number of ways, on bags and pouches, on Shawls and Pow Wow Regalia of many sorts, mostly for the Young Ones. This FREE Beading Pattern is presented here to be included in your Beading project. American Indians have a long history with the Horse, and using this Beadwork Pattern is a way on honoring that relationship. I'd be happy if anyone who uses this Loom Beading Pattern would send me a pic of the finished Beadwork to show here in this page.
