This 1" wide beadwork design has its roots in Woodland Indian Beadwork. It is clearly influenced by the Great Lakes area Native Culture. I think this is a beautiful, delicate design and I am happy to have had the chance to lay it out for you. I kind of miss the old website with its firm intention of presenting and preserving Native American Beadwork designs, but this new website gives me many opportunities to honor my heritage and my Grandmothers.
